VärsåsVillan builds houses of wood, a natural and living material. As regards the other components we use, healthy products and those with environmental declarations are always our first choice. As a result, we always take a critical approach to our suppliers.

In our constant product development work, we always give high priority to environmental issues. The emissions from our factory have been minimised and our entire production facility is heated with recovered waste wood. So when you choose VärsåsVillan, you also choose a better and more natural way to live.

Authorised sales staff

VärsåsVillan has long played an active role in our sector organisation – Sveriges Trähusfabrikers Riksförbund, STR (The Swedish National Association of Wooden House Manufacturers) – to help prepare an authorisation system for house sales agents. Most of VärsåsVillan sales representatives are authorised. There are some house companies that do not belong to our sector organisations, in some cases on account of their inability to meet the entrance requirements. Therefore some house sales agents are not authorised. Authorised sales representatives have committed themselves to following applicable ethical guidelines for wooden house sales representatives and have proved to the STR training committee that they meet the association requirements regarding knowledge, experience and reputation.
