Façades that make an impression

Choosing a house can be very difficult. Naturally, the interior layout is important: the available space must be used practically to suit your lifestyle. Then again, the façade carries some weight, too. In your search for the better way to live, aesthetic considerations will become more and more important.

But we at VärsåsVillan would like to make it easier for you. We will give you the chance to choose between various façade options for most of our houses. This means that you can choose an interior solution that suits your needs without having to compromise on the external appearance. And get the best of both worlds.

Tradition

Our Tradition façade includes details that we have designed on the basis of inspiration drawn from centuries of Swedish building traditions.

The range of façades available includes old-fashioned upright panels with profiled laths. The corner profiles and window sills are extra robust and highlighted.

Function

Our Function façades combine everything that matches the spirit of the times. Here, the focus is on pure, simple lines and large windows to let in plenty of light and to underpin the functionalist slant. You are free to choose between a planed wood version, a plastered version, or a combination of the two. Borgenhard

The Borgenhard facade is distinguished by its comprehensive decoration in authentic big-shot style. The doorways, posts, window sections and roof decorations are all decorated with the distinctive rhomboid pattern. Beautifully profiled posts and figure-cut rail panels add character to the typical Borgenhard veranda.
